Job summary

Australian Communications & Media Authority (ACMA) is seeking a Data Product Delivery Manager (EL1) in Sydney. You will lead end-to-end data analytics products, build BI capabilities, and support data science projects aligned with ACMA’s Data Strategy 2026-29.

The role spans scoping, prioritisation, and cross-team coordination to deliver high-value analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with product, data, governance and technology teams, manage portfolios, and drive value-driven

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience leading end-to-end data/BI product delivery.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics products and priorities.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/lean) and governance processes.
Strong communication and facilitation with senior leaders and technical teams.
Knowledge of data platforms and analytics to improve reporting and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics products and solutions on time and within scope.
Establish and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across product, project, data and governance.
Partner with data platform, geospatial, governance, finance and digital teams for planning and resourcing.
Lead scoping, prioritisation, capacity management and budgeting across multiple data products and initiatives.
Engage senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
Track delivery health and report progress with governance updates and stakeholder communication.
Provide agile delivery leadership by facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
Foster a data-led culture with clear documentation and data governance controls.
