Job summary

ACMA is seeking a Data Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics products and oversee a portfolio of data initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, data, governance and technology to deliver high-value analytics solutions.

The role requires strong experience in data analytics delivery, agile leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI and geospatial analytics. Australian citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Data and analytics product delivery: Minimum of 5 years' experience leading end-to-end delivery of data, analytics or business intelligence products that deliver business value.
• Product strategy and roadmaps: Ability to set project and product direction, manage a portfolio of initiatives, prioritize by value and impact, translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Agile and delivery leadership: Experience using agile, Scrum, Kanban or lean delivery approaches to manage requirements, backlogs, capacity, dependencies, sprint planning and release outcomes.
• Governance, reporting and decision support: Track delivery health, manage risks and priorities, provide governance updates and support timely decisions.
• Cross-functional team leadership: Experience coordinating teams across product, project, data, analytics, governance, technology and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics products and solutions, ensuring quality outcomes on time and within scope.
• Establish cross-functional delivery teams across product, project, data, analytics, governance, technology and business areas.
• Partner with data platform, geospatial, data governance, digital and technology services and finance teams to support planning, resourcing and decision making.
• Lead scoping, planning, prioritisation, capacity management and budgeting across data products and initiatives.
• Engage senior leaders and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics products.
• Track delivery health and product impact with governance updates and stakeholder communication.
• Provide agile delivery leadership by facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
