This 9‑month contract focuses on building the warehouse, including its database resources, access controls and deployment processes.

Working within the Data and Analytics team in the Business Performance Division, you'll gain hands‑on experience in software engineering, data governance and enterprise data platforms, with guidance from experienced data professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Help create Snowflake databases, schemas, warehouses, tables and stored procedures using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.

  • Write Python and SQL to support deployment scripts, stored procedures and data ingestion pipelines.

  • Assist data engineers with designing and implementing repeatable deployment patterns across development, test and production environments.

  • Use Git and GitHub branching, code review and pull request practices.

  • Develop clear documentation to support the warehouse build and deployment.

  • Identify and elevate risks or issues, follow relevant policies and controls, and report incidents.

  • Contribute to a safe, respectful workplace, apply feedback and actively participate in your professional development.
