Davidson seeks an experienced Data Migration & Testing Specialist to support a Queensland Government SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud migration. This role is hybrid and based in Albion; interstate candidates will not be considered unless actively relocating.

You will coordinate end‑to‑end data migration and testing, develop test strategies, SIT/UAT, validate data mapping and transformation, and manage defects while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience managing data migration and validation for large ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation methodologies.
• Experience coordinating SIT and UAT and aligning testing with business requirements.
• Ability to work across business, technical and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud migration is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee migration of data into the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Develop test strategies, plans, schedules, test cases and reporting processes.
• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT, ensuring testing meets business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and communicate migration progress, test results and risks to stakeholders.

• Initial contract til May 11th 2027, extension is subject to approval
• AO6 banding ($80-90 per hour, excluding Super)
• Hybrid working in Albion, Brisbane (interstate candidates will not be considered, unless actively relocating)

The Opportunity

Join a major SAP transformation within a Queensland Government environment, supporting the migration to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role combines hands-on data migration, validation and testing coordination, with a strong focus on ensuring data quality and successful transition into the new ERP environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Technical Lead, you will coordinate end-to-end data migration and testing activities across the transformation.

• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT, ensuring testing meets business requirements.
• Validate data mapping, cleansing, transformation and loading for accuracy and integrity.

• Facilitate workshops and communicate migration progress, test results and risks to stakeholders.

About You

You will bring strong data migration and testing experience gained within a significant ERP or financial systems transformation.

• Proven experience managing data migration and validation for large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating UAT and broader testing activities.
• Ability to work across business, technical and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of test planning, defect management and quality assurance processes.
• SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud migration experience is highly desirable
