Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Data Manager to lead data governance and quality initiatives, partner with clinicians to improve data capture, and deliver actionable insights to support patient care and organisational performance.

You will drive high-quality reporting, standards development, and continuous improvement across clinical and operational data to enable evidence-based decision-making and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant clinical and operational data.
  • Partner with clinicians and business stakeholders to improve data capture practices, deliver training, and support best-practice data management.
  • Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights that support service improvement, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and drive continuous improvement through the development of data standards and reporting processes.
