The Manager Data Management will lead end-to-end data environments from data lake to reporting, providing clear direction while delivering reliable data management outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in data management, information technology, analytics, computer science or a related discipline, and equivalent senior-level experience.
• Extensive experience leading data, analytics, BI, data engineering or platform teams.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, integration services, BI environments and data engineering practices.
• Proven experience translating strategy into roadmaps, plans and measurable delivery.
• Expertise in data architecture, modelling, metadata, master data, governance, privacy and cyber security.

Aufgaben

• Translate the approved data and BI strategy into roadmaps, delivery plans and investment recommendations.
• Provide technical advice to governance forums on data priorities and delivery trade-offs.
• Manage enterprise data platforms, data warehouse capabilities, integration services and BI services.
• Develop service standards for availability, reliability, data quality and lifecycle management.
• Enable trusted self-service analytics and reporting across the organisation.
• Ensure analytics and AI rely on governed, secure enterprise data.
• Collaborate with business teams to prioritise data, analytics and AI opportunities.
