• Lead operational management, performance and continuous improvement of enterprise data services and platforms.
• Ensure reliability, availability and efficiency of data systems through service management practices.
• Provide end-to-end accountability for incident, problem and request management.
• Act as primary contact for data service operations.
• Oversee lifecycle of data platforms, driving optimisation, upgrades and risk remediation.
• Develop and lead a team of technical specialists.
• Support governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement with service performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and platform stability while ensuring security, regulatory and WHS compliance.
