Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business analytics, data, technology, or mathematics.
• Experience delivering analytics initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience with agile delivery and collaboration tools Jira/Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion agile delivery practices and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple analytics, reporting and data science initiatives, managing priorities, timelines and dependencies.
• Develop and embed consistent delivery frameworks that support the successful implementation of data solutions.
• Foster a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous improvement across the team.
• Partner with Analytics Leads and stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and maximise value through data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with data engineering, governance and platform teams to enable seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Lead and support a small team, creating an inclusive environment that encourages growth, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to team planning, connection forums and capability development across the CIA function.
