Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience delivering technical solutions focusing on digital forms, workflow, automation, collaboration services, and process improvement.
Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, and disruptive tech.

Responsibilities

Extract, transform, and visualise data to provide analytical insights.
Use core data analysis techniques to shape university strategies and IT solutions.
Support data collection efforts for informed decision-making.
Provide data for internal monitoring and understand external implications.
Prepare and cleanse data to ensure reliability of results.
Document solution development and train stakeholders to use them.
Lead stakeholder communications, addressing concerns and fostering trust and collaboration.
