Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager Data Governance Enablement & Ops to lead the organisation's data governance enablement and operationalisation. You will work with business leaders, data owners and delivery teams to embed scalable governance practices, safeguarding critical data and supporting enterprise transformation.

You will champion data quality, stewardship and governance maturity while balancing daily priorities with long-term data improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance, data stewardship or data management frameworks in a large organisation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data governance tools such as Collibra or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence outcomes.
