Job summary

4impact is looking for a data engineer to design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring information is accessible and reliable across the business. You'll work with Snowflake and dbt to transform data and enable smarter decisions.

You should be proficient in SQL and scripting (Python a plus), enjoy solving problems, and communicate clearly with teammates. Experience with Airflow or AWS is a bonus as we strengthen our cloud-based data workspace.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Comfortable with SQL and scripting (Python is a plus).
• You enjoy solving problems and making data work better for people
• You collaborate well and communicate clearly — your ideas matter here
• If you’ve worked with Airflow or AWS services, that’s a bonus

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team designing and maintaining data pipelines that make information accessible and reliable
• Use dbt to transform and model data in ways that drive smarter decisions
• Work with Snowflake to ensure data is stored and optimized for performance
• (Nice to have) Bring your experience with Airflow to help orchestrate workflows
• (Preferred) Apply your knowledge of the AWS stack to strengthen cloud-based solutions
