Job summary

Talenza in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer to build reporting and analytics capabilities and own end-to-end BI solutions onsite.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and data pipelines using Databricks, integrate Salesforce and enterprise data sources, and apply SQL with dimensional modelling to deliver audit-ready reports. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics or BI Development.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on Databricks or similar platform experience.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
