Job summary

HUB24 is seeking an Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for product and business decisions. You will work with Product, Data & Analytics, and key stakeholders across the organisation to identify trends and opportunities that improve outcomes for clients and the business.

This role suits someone who enjoys data analysis, problem solving, and storytelling through insights, with a focus on shaping product strategy and continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in insights, analytics, market research, or data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance ongoing reporting with ad hoc requests.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms is desirable.
• Experience within financial services will be highly regarded.
• Curious, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics using business intelligence tools
• Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis to support product planning, prioritisation, and decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to understand business needs
• Manage relationships with external data, analytics, and research providers
• Contribute to improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities
• Stay informed on industry, competitor, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
