Job summary

Talent Insights Group is seeking a Senior Technical/Data Business Analyst for a 12-month contract across QLD, ACT, VIC, and NSW. Hybrid work arrangement for Australian citizens only, with a daily rate of $900–$1000 plus super.

The role involves leading the development of business and technical requirements, designing data flows, and aligning deliverables to business outcomes within a data and analytics transformation program.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise leading business and technical requirements within large-scale data and analytics programs.
Experience implementing cloud data platforms and analytics solutions, including data models, ETL, governance and security.
Proven ability to document complex data flows and business processes.
Practical experience in Agile delivery environments (epics, user stories, backlog).

Responsibilities

Lead development of business and technical requirements across the program.
Develop and maintain traceability frameworks linking deliverables to business outcomes.
Elicit, analyse and document data flows and process models (current and future state).
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.
Review designs for alignment with requirements and outcomes.
Provide input into data and analytics solution design and implementation.
Collaborate with business, technical and vendor teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
