Job summary

TMX Transform is a global, end-to-end supply chain consultancy based in Melbourne. The Supply Chain Analyst role conducts quantitative analysis, data modelling and technical assessments to support the development of client solutions.

You will build Power BI dashboards, query data with SQL and Python, model scenarios, and translate findings into practical recommendations to boost efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and 4+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong Power BI experience including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards and analytical models to clarify operational performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Extract, clean, and structure large datasets using Excel and database tools.
• Analyse flows, capacity, layouts, and costs to support design and optimization decisions.
• Develop and validate simulation models with project teams.
