Qualifications

• Experience in leading academic, cultural, outreach, or sporting programs.
• Proven ability to supervise and support teaching staff across a school setting.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate program logistics, resources, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Supervise teachers engaged in the program throughout the school.
• Induct new teachers within the program (or supervise induction).
• Monitor program outcomes for students and address areas of concern through interventions.
• Coordinate the work of staff delivering the designated program with the school values.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Organise program activities including resources, transport, operations, staff, etc.
• Keep abreast of best practice and provide professional learning for staff.
• Contribute to school leadership through participation in staff and leadership meetings.
• Manage financial and material resources including budgets and expenditure.
