Job summary

Hunter Valley Operations in the NSW Hunter Valley invites applications for a Systems and Assurance Coordinator (Fixed Term - 12 Months). Reporting to the Safety Superintendent, you will implement safety strategies, systems and initiatives across the site and drive continuous improvement.

You will engage with operational leaders, analyse safety data, develop the site assurance program and maintain the safety management system, contributing to a safe, productive workplace and competitive employee

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Work, Health and Safety.
• Auditing qualification with demonstrated experience.
• Minimum 3 years working in a similar role.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to influence and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of safety strategies, systems, and initiatives.
• Engage with operational leaders to drive safety improvement.
• Support the site leadership drive a positive culture through engagement and communication.
• Utilise data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision‑making.
• Develop and coordinate site assurance program.
• Maintain and identify improvement in the safety management system.
