Community Housing Ltd (CHL) is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer in Melbourne to support high-quality, safe, and well-maintained homes for CHL customers. You will work within CHL’s operational team to oversee responsive and vacated maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure adherence to asset policies and standards.

Formación

• Sound knowledge and application of Work Health and Safety practices.
• Experience working with contractors, maintenance teams or asset/property related services.
• Ability to manage priorities, monitor work progress and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, consultants and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and support in the management of CHL’s asset base.
• Supervise and oversee responsive and vacated maintenance of properties.
• Liaise and negotiate with relevant business units, consultants and contractors.
• Support asset management projects and work assignments.
• Undertake onsite maintenance work as required.
• Work with contractors to ensure agreed service standards and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with the broader operations team and provide support across the team when needed.
