Job summary

The Doe Run Company is seeking a Mine Operations Specialist to support operations through the implementation of new technologies and operational initiatives across the trend. This position is located at our Brushy Creek Mine in Boss, MO.

The role focuses on data analytics, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and safety in underground mining operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• At least one year of experience in mining.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Gather information for potential data analytics use cases and identify high-value improvements.
• Provide data analysis and economic impact studies.
• Share analytics with operations and help develop implementation plans.
• Monitor key metrics and track performance.
• Liaise between operations and data developers and resolve data quality issues.
• Provide site managers with technical support and project management.
• Offer analytics training and support to others.
• Other duties as assigned.
