We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a passion for Truck and Shovel Operations whilst maintaining safe production at Dawson Mine.
Reporting through to the Mining Superintendent, you will demonstrate a drive for safety as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As an experienced supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a large team of operators to ensure operational production standards are met.
You will effectively plan, monitor and coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to achieve Dawson's set targets and schedules. This role will be of interest to those who enjoy coaching and mentoring an established crew, interesting investigative challenges and effectively working with other departments on site whilst maintaining strong relationships.
