Job summary

You will collaborate with colleagues, mentors and families to monitor progress, adapt teaching strategies based on data, and contribute to school improvement aligned with the department’s priorities and values.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching for teaching in Victorian Government Schools.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality teaching programs.
• Ability to use student data to inform instruction and communicate learning progress to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curricula and school programs.
• Undertake non-teaching duties as determined by the principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings and school activities.
• Support policy implementation and school priorities.
