Job summary

Southport Sharks is seeking a hands-on AI Business Analyst to unlock value from data and create smarter ways of working across the Club. You will work with our teams, understand how work is done, connect information across systems and build practical solutions that improve reporting and reduce manual effort.

With operations spanning Gaming, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Health Club, Membership and more, no two projects look the same.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, BI, process improvement or automation.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to turn data and AI concepts into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies, data gaps and high-value opportunities with leaders.
• Map data flows, gather requirements and translate needs into solution options.
• Combine data from multiple systems to create dashboards and insights.
• Build, test and support AI, automation and workflow solutions using approved tools.
• Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, risk and responsible AI requirements.
