Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Business Manager to oversee security services at a Data Centre in Melbourne's CBD. This full-time role reports to the National Account Manager and leads the on-site security team to meet contractual service requirements.

The position is predominantly Monday to Friday, with after-hours availability for urgent operational matters. You will manage people, client relationships, incident handling, and payroll administration to ensure high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security operations and managing large teams.
• Ability to lead client meetings with proactive updates and solutions.
• Strong people-focused leadership and culture-building skills.
• Knowledge of incident response, compliance, risk management, and staffing.
• Experience with payroll, leave entitlements, and timekeeping processes.
