Job summary

MSS Security in Melbourne seeks an Escort Security Coordinator to lead a team of Escort Officers at a high-profile Data Centre. You will coordinate escort operations, ensure site procedures are followed, and maintain strict security standards.

• Prior data centre experience is highly regarded.
• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Willingness to obtain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.

• Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
• Master Licence Number: 409-987-30S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Escort Security Officers to meet site procedures.
• Monitor officer attendance, maintain records and address performance issues.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
• Verify identification and access authorisations before visitors enter restricted areas.
• Ensure visitors remain under escort and within line of sight in secure areas.
• Maintain visitor access logs per site security procedures.
• Support daily operations by reinforcing compliance and professional standards.

• Ensure visitors remain under continuous escort and within the officer's line of sight while in secure areas.
• Maintain accurate visitor access logs in accordance with site security procedures.
• Support daily operations by reinforcing compliance, accountability and professional standards across the team.
