Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an Escort Security Coordinator for a high-profile Data Centre in Melbourne. You will lead Escort Officers, ensure strict site procedures, and drive professional standards across the team.

Ideal candidates have security leadership experience, NV1 clearance readiness, and hold a Victorian Security Licence. This full-time role requires Australian citizenship and a valid driver’s licence. Sponsorship opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory security experience.
• Data centre experience preferred.
• Must be an Australian citizen.
• Willingness to obtain AGSVA NV1 clearance.
• Valid Victorian Security Licence.
• Valid Victorian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Escort Officers to meet operational requirements and site procedures.
• Monitor attendance, maintain records, and address performance issues.
• Prepare and submit operational reports with timely communication to management.
• Verify identification and access authorisations before visitors enter restricted areas.
• Ensure visitors remain under escorted supervision and within line of sight in secure areas.
• Maintain accurate visitor access logs and support daily operations with compliance and accountability.
