Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years project management experience.
• Data Centre or similar technical environment experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of total project life cycle from conception to post-review.
• Excellent English report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management commissions.
• Ensure objectives are met and projects delivered on time and cost targets.
• Establish success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Identify and inform line managers of QA, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project lifecycle.
• Plan projects and produce detailed project plans.
• Monitor change control and project finances.
• Coordinate information flow between team and client through meetings and reports.
• Prepare formal project progress and status reports.
• Maintain knowledge management in internal project databases.
• Manage invoicing and monitor financial status using FMS.
• Drive process improvements and interface with clients and consultants.
