Job summary

ESR Group is seeking an Investment Analyst for its Data Centres team in Australia. The role involves supporting the management and growth of ESR’s data centre portfolio across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, including portfolio management, financial analysis, planning, investor reporting and joint venture initiatives.

You will maintain financial models, support portfolio analysis, and contribute to investor reporting and strategic initiatives within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Experience in investment analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance financial models, forecasts, valuations and portfolio analytics.
• Prepare investor, management and board reporting and portfolio insights.
• Support portfolio management activities, acquisitions, due diligence and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners and external advisors to analyse portfolio information.
• Contribute to investment committee materials and investor engagement activities.
