Job summary

MEGT is seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our data centre apprenticeship program in Sydney. You will gain hands-on experience with critical power, UPS, data centre infrastructure and HVAC systems.

This role focuses on fault finding, installation, maintenance and testing across large-scale infrastructure, with a safety-first, collaborative team environment. You will be supported with on- and off-the-job training to meet current requirements and build a rewarding

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice actively pursuing training
• Experience with electrical installations
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to learn in a fast-growing data centre environment
• Strong communication and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Fault finding & diagnostics across critical power systems
• UPS & power distribution systems installation, maintenance and testing
• Data centre infrastructure work with critical electrical equipment
• HVAC & cooling systems support for electrical maintenance and commissioning
