Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Experience leading engineering delivery on data centres or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Design & Construct delivery models.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery across major data centre and mission-critical projects.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, controls and specialist systems.
• Ensure engineering solutions support constructability, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Manage engineering scope, programme, technical risk and change management.
• Provide technical leadership to internal engineering teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Champion engineering governance, safety in design and quality assurance outcomes.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.
