Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain system reliability by prioritising and resolving trouble tickets.
• Remediation of physical layer outages on systems and network.
• Install and configure racks of hosts per internal SLAs.
• Triage and resolve trouble tickets for devices in your region.
• Serve as data centre point of contact for high-severity issues.
• Participate in data centre power and cooling events.
• Contribute to project status updates and metrics.
