Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced DevOps/Release Support Engineer to back a major data centre migration for an iconic Enterprise Banking organisation. You will drive DEV/UAT/IND environment builds, perform releases, and ensure readiness across environments, while rapidly troubleshooting defects and supporting cutover to production.

Qualifications

• Experience building, configuring, and supporting test environments (DEV/UAT/IND).
• Proven background in investigating and triaging defects (app, infra, integration).
• Hands-on with RHEL and patching applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DEV, UAT-B, and IND environment builds and deployments.
• Support production readiness activities and cutover planning.
• Coordinate and remediate testing defects across project streams.
• Triage defects during Target State, Penetration, and Transient State testing.
• Patch OS and applications and perform implementation work.
• Identify and resolve blockers under tight delivery schedules.
• Update Operational Support Docs for BAU transition.
