Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, IT service delivery, or technical project management.
• Proven experience leading and managing rack-level system deployment projects.
• Experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), calculating project timelines, and coordinating resource requirements for complex, large-scale customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Rack movement observation and management: ensure safe physical relocation of server racks.
• Hardware remediation support: identify and resolve hardware-level failures during deployment.
• Unpacking systems and rack stacking: perform physical installation and server integration.
• Power connection and configuration validation: manage high-density power distribution and pre-deployment readiness checks.
