When deployments pause, you will perform on-site hardware troubleshooting, service desk support, and continuous workflow management. Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential to minimize downtime in fast-paced data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or IT project management.
• Proven ability to draft SOWs and manage project timelines.
• Hands-on hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting in Linux/Windows servers.
• Strong communication and travel willingness within Australia and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of rack-level data center deployment projects.
• Define project scopes, draft Statements of Work, and calculate resources and timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication with customers.
• Perform on-site hardware troubleshooting when deployments are paused to minimize downtime.
• Proactively manage service workflows and respond to technical challenges in dynamic data centers.
