Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, schedules, and dependency maps for application and infrastructure moves.
• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go/no-go criteria.
• Establish project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and change control processes.
• Ensure alignment to organisational standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Lead application migration activities including discovery, readiness assessments, testing, rehearsal, cutover, and post-migration validation.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, application, network, security, vendor, and business teams.
• Track progress against milestones, proactively manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate timelines, risks, impacts, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
