Job summary

Equinix is hiring for a customer-facing admin role in Sydney. The position involves coordinating data center visits, assisting with security and access control, and delivering outstanding customer service as part of a permanent, Monday–Friday onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with customer-facing experience.
• Organised and able to manage routing and ad-hoc tasks.
• Previous admin experience in data-centre or similar environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working Monday–Friday in a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visits and schedules in the data center.
• Support the Equinix Response Center (ERC) communications and record activities.
• Prepare reports and assist with vendor coordination and invoicing where needed.
• Assist with security, access control, and incident reporting.
• Provide on-site customer liaison and respond to inquiries from customers.
