Job summary

Synechron in Melbourne is seeking a Data Business Analyst / Data Analyst with Banking, Cards and Payments experience to join our data team. You will work across APIs, source-to-target mappings and end-to-end data validation to deliver accurate, trusted insights.

Strong SQL and hands-on data analysis are essential, as is the ability to interrogate data, validate mappings and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve reconciliation issues.

Qualifications

• Banking/Financial Services experience mandatory.
• Strong SQL and hands-on data analysis.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON and Postman.
• Source-to-target mapping and data reconciliation.
• Data modelling, lineage and transformation mapping.
• End-to-end data validation across SIT and UAT.

Job Description:

• Banking / Cards / Payments / Financial Services experience is mandatory


• Strong SQL and hands-on data analysis

• Experience across SIT, UAT and end-to-end data validation


• Able to work across business requirements, APIs, source/target data and engineering teams.
