Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer for Australia and New Zealand to drive analytics solutions with Tableau and CRM Analytics. You will partner with Account Executives, run discovery sessions, and deliver demos and hands-on workshops to showcase business value and data-driven decisions.
You will help customers adopt AI-enabled analytics, design scalable architectures, and contribute to proposals while expanding your expertise across Data 360, Agentforce and the Salesforce
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, customer success, analytics or data roles.
- Relevant degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics or similar tools (Power BI, Looker).
- Working knowledge of generative AI, including LLMs, prompt design, RAG and AI agents.
- Strong communication and sales instincts; ability to present to analysts and executives.
Responsibilities
- Win Analytics business with Sales: partner with Account Executives to understand goals and manage multiple engagements across ANZ.
- Lead discovery and demos with customised prototypes to prove business value.
- Showcase AI and design AI-ready architectures, connecting data to assistants like AI agents.
- Support bids, share knowledge, and represent Tableau at events and user groups.
