Job summary

Loan Market Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer for a 6 month maternity cover in the Customer Insights and Reporting team. You will build robust data models and scalable pipelines using modern cloud data platforms, especially GCP, to support analytics and self-service BI across the organization.

This hybrid role requires collaborating with product managers and platform owners to gather data requirements, ensure data governance, and deliver high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP) and data warehousing.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience with pipelines.
• Ability to design robust data models from business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create standardized logical and physical data models and scalable pipelines.
• Ingest, transform and store data for analytics and BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Surface enriched enterprise views to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support data quality, governance and ongoing monitoring.
