Shift Financial Pty in North Sydney is seeking a data analytics professional to build dashboards, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

You'll work across SQL, Tableau, Databricks, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, BI, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills to analyse and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau visualization.
• Working experience with Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Experience automating reporting with Power Automate, Power Query, Python or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to support business decisions.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Design scalable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
• Automate recurring reporting and maintain data models and definitions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across outputs.
• Contribute to analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Maintain reporting documentation and data governance practices.
