Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering or related discipline.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into artefacts like user stories and process maps.
• Analytical thinking, curiosity and problem-solving with data and business problems.
• Experience with testing, data validation or quality assurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to obtain Working with Children/ Vulnerable People Check.
• Experience with BI, reporting or data visualization; familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud/Power BI.
• Familiarity with data modelling, metrics, data quality or governance.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams and backlog refinement.
• Practical data analysis skills using SQL or Excel.
• Interest in AI-assisted analysis or rapid prototyping.
