Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting automation.
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS or similar tools highly regarded.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Conduct business performance analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and compliance across reporting platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Management teams to support business objectives.
• Maintain reporting documentation, data models, and business intelligence solutions.
