Job summary

Talent Corp seeks a hands-on Data & AI Consultant to drive data engineering, BI, cloud and applied AI initiatives. You will own delivery from discovery to deployment, translating business needs into practical technical outcomes while engaging clients directly.

The role spans Python, SQL, Azure and Fabric, with API integration and modern data platform experience. Hybrid Melbourne-based role with diverse projects and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data & AI development experience.
• Experience turning business problems into technical solutions.
• Client-facing consulting experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and integrate data, cloud, BI and AI solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Develop solutions using Python and SQL, including data processing and engineering tasks.
• Work across Azure and Fabric, supporting modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs and connected services across client environments.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Own delivery from discovery through to implementation and troubleshooting.
