Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Darwin to join a multidisciplinary team within a national private healthcare network.

You will apply clinical expertise to manage a caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants handling administrative tasks. You will perform initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, collaborating with employers and medical professionals to design evidence-based plans and injury prevention programs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• AHPRA registration (General or Provisional) or Full ASORC Membership required or welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with Rehabilitation Assistants handling admin tasks.
• Conduct initial, workplace and vocational assessments to identify suitable employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers, injured workers and medical professionals to implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop injury prevention programs and address psychosocial barriers across schemes.
• Support meaningful return-to-health outcomes for clients.
