Job summary

IPAR Darwin is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join a wellness‑focused, multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across workplace rehabilitation, aged care and community‑based OT services, including innovative programs like virtual reality‑based pain education, with training provided across all service areas.

You will conduct ADL assessments, ergonomic and home modifications, liaise with employers and insurers, and help clients return to work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across workplace rehab, aged care, and community services.
• Conduct ADL and ergonomic assessments with recommendations for equipment and home modifications.
• Deliver high-quality reports with clear clinical reasoning and practical recommendations.
