Job summary

DATAGENE LIMITED is seeking a Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join the Stakeholder Relations team in Melbourne. This role focuses on providing responsive support to customers, member organisations and industry stakeholders by phone and email, while coordinating across teams to ensure inquiries are resolved and ABV orders are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management capability.
• Professional, responsive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of agriculture, ideally dairy.
• Knowledge of genetics, breeding values, genomic services or the Australian dairy industry would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support by phone and email and help ensure enquiries are followed through to resolution.
• Support pedigree and genotype submissions for genomic ABV orders.
• Contribute to customer and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with ABV releases and invoicing.
• Provide coordination and secretariat support across a range of industry activities.
