Job summary

Norco Co-Operative Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Production Employee to operate a busy milk processing line. This full-time, 12-hour rotating roster role includes nights, weekends and public holidays, with on-site training and safety-first standards.

You will handle plastic blow moulding and packaging equipment, perform basic fault-finding, keep production records and quality checks, and contribute to a hygienic, high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic fault‑finding, make minor adjustments and escalate as needed.
• Confidence completing production paperwork and quality checks accurately.
• A strong safety‑first mindset and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliability, punctuality and consistency across rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work a 12‑hour rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities
