Norco are currently seeking an experienced Production Employee to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Labrador on the Gold Coast. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating roster across 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Experience operating production or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic fault-finding and minor adjustments.
• Confident in completing production paperwork and quality checks.
• Strong safety-first mindset and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual and consistent across rotating shifts.
• Able to work effectively within a team and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating roster including nights and weekends.
