Job summary

Norco Co-Operative Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking a Production Operator to join our busy Labrador factory. This casual role covers day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts, offering varied, hands-on work in a dairy processing environment.

You will operate machinery, follow safety protocols, complete paperwork accurately and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting a small, safety‑conscious team.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing is desirable.
• Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Willingness to work shifts and rotating rosters.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable with good attention to detail.
• Strong literacy and numeracy; able to complete paperwork.
• Good communication skills and willingness to continuous improvement.
