Tyndale Christian School is seeking a Daily Organiser to coordinate daily staffing requirements, manage relief arrangements, and provide administrative support at Salisbury East. Part-time (37.5 hrs/week, term time only, 40 weeks/year) commencing 18 January 2027.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role requires a highly organised and adaptable individual who can effectively coordinate daily staffing requirements, manage teacher absences and relief arrangements, and provide administrative support across the School. Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills are essential, together with professionalism, accuracy and a commitment to the School’s Christian ethos.

SUMMARY

• Coordinate daily staff absences and organise quality relief teacher coverage across the school.


• Support school operations through timetabling, examinations, special provisions and key school events.


• Maintain accurate records and liaise with staff, leaders and external relief teachers.


• Provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and manage competing priorities.


• Demonstrate excellent organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and confidence learning new systems.


• Be passionate about Christian education and committed to supporting the school's mission and values.


• Previous experience in administration, event coordination or daily organisation highly regarded.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team.
