Tyndale Christian School in Salisbury East is seeking a passionate Education Support Officer to join the Junior School Learning Support team. The role is permanent/ongoing, part-time (0.75 FTE), 33.75 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, commencing in 2027.

Applicants should have experience supporting students with complex learning, communication, regulation and behaviours of concern, and demonstrate patience, flexibility and initiative with strong teamwork and rapport with students.

• Contract positions – Mainstream Learning Support (Lower and Upper Primary)
• Casual positions
• Job sharing may be considered for the right candidates
• Up to 33.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, depending on the position

We encourage applicants who have experience supporting students with complex learning, communication, regulation and behaviours of concern. Applicants will need to demonstrate patience, persistence, flexibility, initiative, strong collaboration within a team, positive rapport with students and a heart that desires inclusion with excellence.

Depending on the role, Education Support Officers may also be required to follow students’ Continence Care Plans and Oral Eating Care Plans.

Applicants are required to have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance.
